Desc: Qamar: Directed by Ida Marie Gedbjerg Sørensen. Qamar, a Iraqi transgender is dreaming of becoming a woman in Denmark. Under Saddam Hussein regime, Saddam gave her personally allowance for a sex change, but the Iraq war stopped her dream. She flees the country, hoping to complete her journey in Denmark, but keeps running up against the Danish Healthcare System. With harassment from strangers and neighbors, sends Qamar on a long mental deroute and makes the director fear for Qamars well being and Ida ends up in her own documentary.
